Each time I do some shopping, I’d go around jewelry stores, to appreciate, and occasionally can’t help trying some silver bracelet,but feel embarrassed when it’s too tight to pull off, desire to take it off at a time, by force much more than I usually do, even at the cost of a pinched wrist. My lesson is not to pull out a tight silver bracelet, but keep calm, to avoid hand pinch.
If silver bracelet is too tight, try with following tips:
1. Soap or lubricate you hand, in order to reduce friction between silver bracelet and hand, and then slowly take it off.
2. Cut off a piece of plastic bag, put it between silver bracelet and hand, in order to reduce resistance, and then take out silver bracelet with ease.
3. Lay detergent on your hand, gently press down the first finger and little finger on both sides of the joint, to pull out silver bracelet at a time as possible, to avoid pinch by repeated dragging.
4. Soak your hand in cold water, to shrink silver bracelet in cold condition, and then soap or lubricate your hand, and gently take it out.
5. If you fail to take out silver bracelet after trying all methods, you must go to professional with the help of special tool, and never act by force that could cause injury.
Bracelets are great accessories to add to your collection. The trick with having the perfect bracelet is its fit, making sure it’s loose enough to move and dangle nicely on top of your hand while tight enough for it not to fall off your hand.
I suggest that if this is your first time buying bracelets online, after getting your measurement (using the tape measure or strip of paper) try to experiment on various inch allowances and move it around and up and down along your wrist to ensure you’re comfortable. You can do this by wrapping the measured strip of paper or string around your wrist and taping/joining the edges and see if you’re comfortable.
To remove the bracelet I grabbed the plastic bag, slid it under the bracelet and then pulled the bracelet back over the plastic wrapper. It slid right over my hand.
From now on, the blue plastic newspaper sleeve will go in my closet kit so when I’m working with my clients in their closets I’ll be able to whip out my magic trick. I can’t wait!
Oh! and the next time I see the jewelry guy I will tell him how brilliant he is, I promise!
